Shipping Policy
- Orders placed by 1:30pm are dispatched in 1–2 days.
- Whenever possible a signature will be obtained as proof of delivery.
FUJIFILM Business Innovation shall not be liable for any loss incurred by you by reason of any delay in delivery.
Returns Policy
If you have products that need to be returned, please contact your Supplies Consultant, email us at [email protected] or phone 0800 493 769 and select option 4.
- If the return is accepted, Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ will issue a Return Advice (“RA”) number.
- Returned goods will only be accepted if the return request is agreed to by Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ and the returned package has Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ’s generated RA Number. All goods for return must have a Return Authorization number issued. Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ reserves the right to refuse to accept or credit products that have been returned to them without prior agreement.
- Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ reserves the right to request you to return goods due to cancellation or amendment of an order. Only products returned in original saleable condition will be considered for credit to your account.
- All freight costs associated with returning goods are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will need to arrange and pay for freight when returning products, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ.
- Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ, including, without limitation, its related and affiliated entities, its subsidiaries and its licensees, successors and assignees, reserve the right to amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Any claim in respect of products delivered in a damaged condition, or in respect of any discrepancy in the goods supplied or quantity delivered must be made within 2 working days of delivery.
Damages Policy – Paper Returns
If you receive paper products that are damaged or defective, please notify FUJIFILM Business Innovation NZ within 2 working days from delivery. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
- Notification: Contact your Supplies Consultant, email us at [email protected], or phone 0800 493 769 (option 4) to report any damaged or defective paper products.
- Evidence Required: Please provide photographs of the damaged goods and a copy of the delivery docket. This allows us to validate the claim and process it promptly.
- Return Authorisation: If the return is accepted, FUJIFILM Business Innovation NZ will issue a Return Advice (RA) number. Damaged goods must not be returned without an RA number.
- Freight Responsibility: Where goods are confirmed as damaged on arrival, FUJIFILM Business Innovation NZ will cover the cost of return freight. For all other returns, customers are responsible for freight costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Replacement or Credit: Depending on stock availability, damaged goods will either be replaced promptly or the value of damaged goods will be credited to your account once returned and assessed.
- Condition of Return: All products must be returned in their original packaging wherever possible to ensure safe handling and assessment.
FUJIFILM Business Innovation NZ reserves the right to amend this policy at any time and to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
